We are open!!

Our goal is to provide you with the best care in the safest environment possible. We are excited and proud to announce that the finishing touches have been completed on the renovations we have made to our office. These renovations were made to ensure that we continue to provide you with the safest care possible in the possible presence of the SARS-2-Coronavirus.

We have installed custom glass doors on all of our treatment rooms. These doors help to contain any aerosols that may be produced within the treatment room during your appointment. We have also replaced or modified elements of our air conditioning system with a system that uses ionization (click here for more information) and upgraded filtration for the removal of particles, viruses, bacteria, and fungi from the air.

Our office hours have been reduced, and we are reconfiguring the schedule to allow for social distancing in the office. Therefore, some appointment times will need to be adjusted while other appointments may need to be rescheduled. You will be contacted prior to your appointment if you have an upcoming scheduled appointment that will be affected by these changes.

If you are overdue for your preventive appointment please call the office at your earliest convenience to speak with one our Patient Care Coordinators to schedule an appointment.

All of our patients are important to us and we are committed to helping you get back to your regular dental care routine as soon as possible.

We are staying in touch with our patients on our Facebook Business Page. You will be able to keep up with all of our progress (and stress relief) if you to like our page!

We want to tell you about the additional infection control measures and safety protocols we are taking when you come for your appointments.

For example

◆ You will notice all of our staff will be wearing additional PPE (personal protective equipment).

◆ Patients and staff that have upcoming appointments and anyone who will enter the office are screened for COVID 19.

◆ We are not using our waiting room for the time being and only one patient enters the office at a time. All surfaces are disinfected between patients.

◆ Plexiglass guards have been installed at the front desk.

◆ All patients will use an antimicrobial rinse before treatment.

◆ Portable, high volume, evacuation units are being utilized to capture any aerosols that may be produced during certain treatments.

◆ HEPA and UV air filters have been placed in each treatment room and throughout the office.

◆ Treatment rooms are left unoccupied for at least 20 minutes between each patient.

◆ Each treatment room is misted with a disinfectant after each patient leaves and the rest of the office is fogged periodically throughout the day. This enables us to sanitize even hard to reach areas.

◆ UVC sterilizers are placed and activated in all treatment rooms and clinical areas each night.

◆ We have streamlined the check-out process to make your visit as touch free as possible for you, and our staff, and to limit your time in the office.
